(Long Version) Kristina Hill has always loved a good story. In grammar school, she was the kid in English class who loved to write short stories that drew upon her vivid and colorful imagination. In high school, she was the teenager on the city bus in her native Chicago, IL in deep thought as she read the latest local and national news in the Chicago Sun-Times. Never one to miss a beat, Kristina also stopped whatever she was doing in the evenings to catch the nightly newscasts. In Kristina’s mind stories – whether told through a well-produced news segment, song, theatrical performance, magazine article, or advertisement – bring people together and forge connections that can last a lifetime. Her passion for a good story and connecting with people is what attracted her to the marketing communications field and motivated her to launch MarComm Creative Group, LLC. Kristina uses her experience in the non-profit, faith-based, and entertainment industries to help small-and-mid-sized businesses tell their story. She works with her client-partners to develop strategies that are effective, efficient, and most importantly, deliver results. Kristina has secured media placements with local and national print, broadcast, and Internet news outlets, and also has created and executed integrated marketing campaigns that resulted in revenue generation and increased awareness for clients. Kristina holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Roosevelt University in Chicago, IL and a B.A. in Business Management and Public Relations from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA. In her spare time, Kristina enjoys spending time with loved ones, helping people live their best lives, strengthening her faith walk, traveling, and exploring new marketing trends in business.
